Are you kidding me?

This blog will be PG-13. I tried a Spinning class at Bronson Athletic Club tonight. 45 minutes of the most intense workout of my life. I thought I was going to die. I had walked in with the hopes to make it 1/2 way, but instead I made it to the end. To be honest the only thing that kept me going is the two young, skinny, blonde bitches behind me.
Julie, Laurie, and all the rest of you who said it was hard...F-you (lol)! It was more than hard, it was an excruciating work out. I left with a headache and shaking! My face was beat red and I had sweat running down my back, neck, and calves. Thank you girls, I feel fantastic.
One funny thing: Mark (the instructor...totally Bob from Biggest Losers look alike) said to eat lots of broccoli to cushion your muscles. I don't know what the hell he meant, nor do I care...but I went straight to Family Fare and bought broccoli. I do know my muscles need some cushions right now!
Its over and I laugh...but most of all, I have accomplished something else I thought I couldn't! I just hope I can do more than crawl tomorrow!

I know exactly how you feel! I tried a spinning class....once! A friend of mine started teaching and I agreed to do it to support her. Well I too was red faced and shaking along with the fact that my crotch had passed hurting and went right to numb!!! So, I can put it on my list of things I tried...and won't do again!
