Its that time of year, jeans and sweatshirts are out, leaves are falling off the trees, and pumpkin patches are screaming with children. Dan took both kids to Gene the Pumpkin Man in Paw Paw on Tuesay... Gene is a legend around here. His house is orange, his car is orange and he even dresses in orange all year round. Now, dan of course told the kids they could have ANY pumpkin they wanted and they both picked a small ones..Sams the smallest of all, and was even a funny shade of brown/orange. Thats my kids! Wish I would have been there...I wanted a HUGE ONE!

Then after church on Sunday the kids carved them out. It was fun...

A messy puppy

Its been raining for days and Lily found the mud hole in the backyard. Of course I didn't know this until she ran around the whole house and shook in the living room. It was a nightmare. So bad I couldn't do anything but laugh. Sam was crying because she was scared of Lily for the way she looked. Tyler helped me get Lily to the tub and scrub floors.

and these are before I let her sit outside for another 15 minutes while I figured out what the hell I was going to do. It got much worse!

Uncle JIm

How did we go a week without taking pictures? Uncle Jim and Aunt Rachelle were in town for a week. Tyler couldn't have been happier. He woke up asking about Uncle Jim and fell asleep wondering if we would see him tomorrow. Between belly bumpin', shooting guns, running around grandma's...he was so happy.
Uncle Jim, you are going to be missed. We are all looking forward to seeing you both soon!
