Window painting

OK...its going to be a pain to wash but it was fun to make. Our Sunday night art project was the window markers that muddles (our elf) gave the kids in there big craft boxes. It was fun to do!

First time out

It was perfect weather for snowmobiling....so I heard (hahah). Grandma and Grandpa Dingy and Uncle Shaun came down for the day. Grandpa and Uncles Shaun came to snowmobile while Grandma came to hang out for the day. It was going to be an all day trip out so we were encouraging Tyler to stay back...but that wasn't in his plan for the day. He hopped on Dans sled and went! Tyler, Dan, Grandpa Dingy, Uncle Shaun and Grandma Tonda were out for over 5 hours. Tyler came back pooped out but he lasted the whole time. With a stop at the keeler keg for some fries and hot chocolate it was all sledding!

Grandma, Sam and I went to lunch and target...but just hung out most of the day. It was a great day for all.

Zehenders Splash City...Frankenmuth

We ended our Christmas vacation in Frankenmuth at the indoor waterpark. Grandma and Grandpa dingy came along. The kids had a blast. Tyler had NO fear and Sam was a bit skittish. She wasn't sure about the big slides. Tyler was going alone by the end and swimming without any help.

Sledding in the New

Dan went hunting in the evening for the last time of the season. The kids and I got all bundled up and went outside to play in the snow. After dragging them around the block, we headed up to the high school for some sledding.

This is when you know its time to go home. Sam was tired and cold, she had enough!

Welcome 2010

I had big plans for New Years Eve and it consisted of getting tons accomplished during the day...so we could play at night. The kids went to Kristi's in the afternoon and Dan and I painted, put up shelves in Tylers room, and I made food for our evening. Grandma Tonda came over for dinner and then we had a nerf war. Tyler Dan and I played while Sam picked up the bullets. We had to beg to get them back!

Don't mess with Tyler...he means buisness!

Samantha AKA The Bullet Nazi

When that was over we calmed down and put in Snow White. Tyler and Sam (along with baby Ella) layed in the living room in their sleeping bags. We had some snacks and tried to stay awake. Tyler was out by 9:45 and Sam asked to go to her bed around 10:30. It was a great night.

2010,
I am so excited to see what new things the kids learn in 2010. Tyler will be finishing pre-school and moving on to Kindergarten. While cutting down on the daycare bill sounds nice saying goodbye to Kristi will be rough for him. Samantha WILL be potty trained and that means she will be a "big" girl. I see lots of skiing, dirt biking, tubing and snomobiling in 2010 for both kids. I see Sam riding her new bike along with a few bumps and bruises. But no matter what happens in 2010...one thing is for sure...our love will only grow. Here is to great year.
