Had to Play

Cold or not the remote controls had to be used. The house wasn't cutting it anymore. Out headed Sam with her scooter and Tyler with the big daddy monster truck!

Christmas at the Farm

We headed out to the farm Chistmas day. Tyler and Sam look forward to playing with there cousins and opening up gifts. We always have such a great time out there. Tyler had been waiting to see if he actually was going to get his helicopter...and yup he did! He was a happy happy boy. Sam of course got make-up and more princess stuff...nothing makes her more happy. We are so blessed. I always leave the farm very emotional. A fantastic end to the choatic holiday. It was even worse than usual because we had to say good-bye to Uncle Jim.

Christmas Morning

Tyler recieved his DS and Sam her lalaloopsy...need I say more
Santa spoiled the kids again. Sleds, games, dolls, and razor scooters from muddles. Actually 1/2 way through opening gifts Tyler turned to Dan and I and said "guess I have been TO good". Dan and the kids got me my new camera and Dan got a belt sander. It was a great morning full of fun for us all. The kids even slept til 7:30. After we opened gifts, Tonda and Uncle Jim came and had breakfast. We left around 12:30 to head to the farm.

Aunt Patti's Christmas Eve

We went to Aunt Patti's for the Houston Family Christmas. It was packed and once again a great time. Its nice to get together with all the Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Everyone was home except for Uncle Rob and Aunt Sara...they were very missed. More presents and more food. FUN FUN FUN!

Christmas Eve at Grandma Tonda's

Christmas Eve we head to Grandma Tonda's in the morning. Uncle Jim was there waiting for us too. We open gifts, then play (dad sleeps) the afternoon away. Uncle Jim and tyler set up all the matchbox car tracks. We have lunch and head home around 4:00 to get ready for the Houston party at Aunt Patti's.

I think the best gift of all was having Uncle Jim home!!!!!

Grand Haven Christmas

Another fantastic Grand Haven Christmas. We arrived Friday night around 10:00 after the daycare party. Kids fell asleep in the car and were transported to the "blow-up bed" without even knowing we arrived. Santa came that night...amazing how he knows! Grandma and Grandpa Carlson arrived at 7:00 am, Uncle Shaun and Darcy came at 8:00...then we opened, opened, opened! It seemed like it was never ending. The kids are so lucky, so blessed, so loved. We ate all day...and enjoyed the JOllay Orchards blueberry pie in the end, mmmmmm. Grandma and Grandpa followed us home Sunday afternoon with the truck of presents. No way could we fit them all in the truck.

Daycare

Our Christmas Festivities started at the Vandenberg's. We are so blessed with the best daycare ever. Shannon through all the parents and kids a christmas party. Santa came an all the kids recieved gifts. It was so muc fun. Best part was our gift. a scrapbook of Sam and Tylers year in daycare. There is so much love and great friendships that have been made. A lasting bond!

Welch's Christmas Party

Welch's had there annual Kids Christmas Party at Jungle Joes' again this year. It was again....a great time. The kids even sat on Santa's lap. There was a ton of running around, pizza, games and Tyler even won him and Sam basketball out of the crane game.

Its a great Holiday Season!

What a great day rock climbing at Climb Kalamazoo. Thanks Amends! 4 hour of rock climbing and Tyler would have stayed for more. I don't think he stopped smiling the entire afternoon. Wish Daddy could have been there for it!
