Paw Paw Tournament Begins

! Practice all week from 6-8:30. Sam was sick for 2 of them. Scrimmage on Thursday. Game FRiday night, 1 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. Great weekend for Sam to go to Grand Haven to play with Grandma and Grandpa. On the way to Allegan Thursday afternoon to meet grandpa at Wendy's, Tyler says to Sam "you are going to the best place ever". "You will ride bikes, go for boat rides, swim in the pool, sleep on the boat and Grandpa will probably take you for ice cream and make you malts". Made me so happy to hear that Grand Haven is a special place for my kids too. People always ask if I ever want to move back...are you kidding? NO WAY. Its not appreciated when you live there. Its a mini vacation EVERY time we head to Grand Haven. I wouldn't have it any other way! Grandma and Grandpa make EVERY visit special. LUCKY SAM...but boy are we going to miss her for the weekend

Tylers Belated Birthday Party

Tyler patiently waited 3 months just to have his birthday party out at the property. We had water guns, water balloons, hayride, frogs and snakes. It was the perfet party. The temp was around 90 and boy was it hot. The boys didn't care a bit. They were running around playing water guns and getting wet. Dan gave them a hayride with a stop at grandma and grandpas for popsicles! Tyler is so lucky to have such great friends and we are so lucky that they have great parents. We have a great time when we all get together! Troy, Caydon, Josh, Jeffery L, Will, Colby, Remi, Braydon

A few pictures of the property. It couldn't be prettier out there in the evenings. Dan has planted his food plot in the back corner and the pond is full of creatures!

Last T-ball game

ONTO INSTRUCTIONAL BALL? I love this girl. Not sure if she enjoyed it. Sam just seems to go with the flow. We will find out next year. But if anything...she is cute while she is out there!

Last Day of First Grade!

My 2nd grader!

Don't play with Dad

I ran outside to take a picture of Dan and Tyler playing catch...at the same time Tyler got hit. I probably shouldn't laugh but the timing was awesome. Had to post!

My All Star

Here it is....its official Tyler made the all star team. We couldn't be prouder. The strides he made this season have been unbelievable. Mostly, in his attitude and sportsmanship. He was so hard on himself the beginning of the season. I questioned whether he was really having fun. Now he is trying hard and smiling the entire way. Around the horn, Coach Mike and Dan have helped Tyler in so many ways. I love my ball player!

Water Day

Another fun day that I got to be a part of. The last full day of school Paw Paw puts on Water day for the kids.

This is how we roll!

This is how Sam dresses to ride her bike! MY DIVA

End of Season Baseball Party

Coach Mike invited the team out to his campground for a party. Timber Trails campground is in Decatur on Lake of the Woods. It was a beautiful day for a cookout and some beach fun. Mike made hot dogs and we all brought a dish. The kids had a blast and so did all the adults. LOTS of playing and laughs by everyone. Can't wait to take our camper out for a weekend.
