Welcome Emma Jean

These posts aren't quite in order.  But the Monday of Christmas Break I drove to Saginaw to pick up our Ms. Emma Jean.  She was in need of a new home.  Due to some unexpected circumstances her family could know longer keep her.  She was deaply loved but needed a new home.  Lucky for us....it was a perfect fit and perfect timing.  We love her so much already.

Our poor baby girl.  She has a torn ACL.  After a second opinion we still had a tough decision to make.  $1500 surgery or go to TSC and get some meds.  Although the meds are expensive the surgery has to wait.  The medication seems to be working well...but the hard part is remember it.

I did it....I DIDN'T cancel...I had a weekend about me!  These girls were a blast.  Started out with some good drinks on the train...we were all ready to go by the time we hit the train station.  Good times!!!!

Once again I couldn't talk my family into a fake tree...luckily the weather was nice and we brought Charlie.  Tyler loves cutting it down.
