More work

It was the weekend to tile.  After spending Friday night with mom, i headed home early Saturday to get started.  A few trips to menards and we did it.  Jami, Marc and the kids came down too.  Everyone had fun.

Journey so far.....

Our little one bedroom apartment that was going to be only for 8 weeks has turned into 7 months.  Somehow we are making it.  Through the awful winter and all of our families struggles we have made it.  However, now we are becoming anxious.  Sunshine is getting us antsy.
Last weekend was the first weekend with nice temps that we could WORK in the house.  I finally picked out paint colors and thanks to amazing friends and family we kicked a lot of the work.  Thank you to Debra Jean, Keith, Timmy, mom and dad, Shaun and Mikiala for all the help.  Thank you Bob and Starr for the unlimited us of the potty (hahahah).  Lights have been changed and 1/2 the house has been painted.
The kids enjoyed the outside and playing with grandma and grandpa.  Tonda arranged a hunt before she left last week.  Tyler got to use his metal detector to find his Easter present from her.  Tyler also got to play with his boat in the pond!
Slowly things are coming along.....we will get there!
