Jellystone Camprground South Haven

Perfect way to start the summer.  However, Dan still had to work :)
Kids and I spent a few nights at Jelly Stone in South Haven.  It was the first time that I actually got to relax while the kids played.

Catching UP! June and MOST of July....where did it go?

I don't know where to start.  We spent our first week of break at Jellystone Campground in South Haven.  It was WONDERFUL.  Lots of activities for Sam and Tyler loved having freedom to play on the pillow and ride his bike around.  Dan spent the evening with us.
Tyler just finished 5 days in Grand Haven with Grandma and Grandpa. SPOILED ROTTEN.  With travel ball over and Tyler not playing All Stars we have had lots of time to play and get stuff done.   The boat has actually seen Scott Lake and Tyler and Sam have been able to tube.  We have been to the beach multiple times and the kids have had friends over TONS.
Sam is enjoying riding lessons and although she gets frustrated with Prancer she still loves him.  She has already learned so much.
The kids had PERFECT report cards.  I seriously could NOT be any prouder of them.  They always seem to amaze me.
Our front porch is almost done, only thing left is to stain. Green grass and white columns, slowly the homestead is coming together.   Pigs are getting big FAST.  Our Buff just had 3 baby chicks, which was an adventure to say the least.  My garden is beautiful.  The bunnies got most of the first planting....so I am on my second batch of almost EVERYTHING.  This time I have a fence.  I spend most evening weeding.
We are preparing for our big family camping vacation to the Wisconsin Dells.  I am very excited for time away just the four of us.  When we return life gets a bit crazy,  Tigers baseball games, Coast Guard weekend, Camp for the kids and Traverse City for me.  Then comes football conditioning and cheer practices.  Before I know it, I will be preparing my classroom and Tyler will be memorizing his locker combination.  Time sure flies!
