Water Day

Since I got out of school two weeks before Tyler I got to do a few special things at the early el with him. The first week Sam went to daycare and I accomplished stuff around the house. The next week Sam and I hung out and brought Tyler to school and picked him up. Lucky for me, Sam and I got to join in on water day. The kids had so much fun and once again I realized how happy I am that Tyler goes to school in Paw Paw. What a great group of kids and Ms. Brennan is just wonderful.

Dan had a Sunday off and we gave the kids a choice...St. Joe, South Haven, Grand Haven or the zoo....off to Grand Haven we went.
We went on a bike ride downtown...Tyler made it on a 10 mile bike ride with no complaints. He wanted to keep going. Sam made it 3 miles...amazing. We locked her bike up and she jumped in the cart for the rest. It was a great day. Bike ride, ice cream and the tip-a-few for dinner. A perfect Sunday.

A great day! Hotdogs, Cake, Presents, Swimming, and Bike Riding...Sam had a great birthday. The weather was perfect and everyone make it and had a great time. Another perfect party.






Sam learned how to ride without training wheels the night before on Tylers bike at the camper....so, this was perfect timing!

While Dan, Tyler and Sam were at baseball I ran to coloma to pick up Sams surprise. When they returned Lizzy was in my lap. It took her awhile for it to sink in....and she still wasn't to sure about the idea. However, before she went to bed she gave me a HUGE a hug and said "thanks mom, I love my birthday present". It was the BEST.
